Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. The role covers travelling to supermarket sites across Barnstaple, Bude and Bideford, performing planned and reactive maintenance on building services.

You will complete PPMs, respond to service calls, and support other technicians. A City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification is preferred, with prior retail/commercial building maintenance experience and a commitment to safety and

• City & Guilds / NVQ trade qualification (Carpentry / Plumbing / Roofing) - Preferrable.
• Previous experience in building maintenance within a commercial / retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist other Technicians with any major or minor maintenance work.
• Complete all necessary PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and as required.
• Responding promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk and to assess the requirements of the job and carry out repairs as necessary.
• Prioritising and completing minor maintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
• Ensuring all tools and equipment necessary to complete minor maintenance and repairs are available and serviceable at all times.

Education

My client is on the lookout for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.
