The Role

This is a mobile field-based position, covering Salisbury, Basingstoke and the surrounding areas (typically within a two-hour radius of your home).

You'll receive a 28-day work schedule and normally visit 6-12 customer sites each day.

Your working hours are generally 8:00am-4:00pm, although some flexibility is required. There may occasionally be early starts from 5:00am or later finishes depending on customer requirements.

Travel time is paid after the first hour each day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing and maintaining parcel delivery lockers
• Replacing parts and carrying out minor repairs
• Cleaning IT equipment, technical hardware and computer rooms
• Supporting maintenance work within secure data centre environments
• Carrying out hardware audits
• Completing work reports using a company tablet
• Identifying and reporting health & safety hazards
• Building professional relationships with customers on site
• Managing your own daily schedule while working independently
• Around 50% of the role is hands‑on technical maintenance, with the remainder involving inspections, reporting and customer interaction.
