The ideal candidate must have a background in electrical maintenance with relevant certifications, including NVQ Level 2 or 3 and 18th Edition. A UK Driving Licence is required, with benefits like a company van and flexible perks available.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance with relevant qualifications.
• UK Driving Licence is required.
• Capability to complete remedial and reactive repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance relating to building services.
• Complete remedial works identified through PPM.
• Maintain compliance records for electrical systems.
