Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative (Plumber / Carpenter bias) to service Wembley-area pubs and restaurants. You’ll travel in a company van to ~40 sites to perform general maintenance, with no on-call, evenings, or weekend work.

The role offers a stable 35-hour week, with flexible start times and tools/van provided. Key duties include plumbing, joinery, painting, tiling, pest-proofing, and occasional larger works.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in either a multi-skilled trade role including plumbing and/or joinery, or with one main trade (e.g., plumbing, joinery, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic cold-water plumbing tasks (toilets, leaks).
• Perform woodwork and joinery tasks; painting and decorating.
• Tile floors and walls; pest-proofing where needed.
• Manage van stock and order parts; log jobs in IT system.
