Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a facilities management or building maintenance environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working with medical gas systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Install and maintain water and medical gas supply systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency call‑outs and arrange additional support as required.
