Job Description:

This role involves completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance Tasks and Inspections, ensuring adherence to SFG20 standards, maintaining effective communication with the client's engineering team, producing weekly reports, and overseeing electrical and mechanical plant services. The candidate will also supervise contractor activities, schedule subcontractor visits, possess technical knowledge of critical environments, identify parts for maintenance, ensure documentation compliance, and participate in out-of-hours call-outs.

Person Specification:

• Experience in data centre or similar environments
• Proficiency in PC and MS Office
• Recognized NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC
• Fault diagnosis skills
• Experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems
• Technical knowledge and project management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of emergency protocols
• Experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, HVAC

Qualifications include a Full UK Driving Licence, IOSH Managing Safely, and an Advanced Level 3 NVQ in Mechanical trades. Desirable qualifications include C&G certifications and access-related qualifications.
