ERP Limited in Central London is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover a portfolio of commercial buildings across Central London. This foot-mobile role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance with strong fault-finding skills.

You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors, and participate in plant room inspections. The package includes £52,000 basic, all London travel paid, 22 days leave, pension, and ongoing training, with

Qualifications

• Commercial building maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background.
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Good fault-finding skills.
• Knowledge of commercial building services.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
