Job summary

Smart Search Technical Ltd is seeking a maintenance engineer to join our Central London operations. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites, fault finding, repairs and timely service reporting.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£45,000 (DOE), Monday to Friday, with overtime, a company vehicle where appropriate, and full tool and uniform provision to support mobile engineering across London.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently across client sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant technical qualifications are desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Repairs and remedial works.
• Attending reactive call-outs.
• Completing service reports and job sheets.
• Working across multiple sites in Central London.
• Supporting clients and site teams.
• Carrying out work safely and to a high standard.
