Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (Temp-to-Perm)

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join the team located in the Midlands. This role will cover sites across Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham, and Loughborough.

Please note this is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity.

Role Summary:

As a CBRE Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will utilize your advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision, you will monitor building system operations and performance, utilizing several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to M&E plant in line with statutory requirements and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
• Represent CBRE values and behaviors professionally, ensuring a positive image is presented to clients and visitors, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors, including landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, and complete maintenance and repair records as required.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Experience Required:

• Experience in a Facilities Management or Maintenance Engineering role.
• Experience with Reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
• A degree or qualification in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• A strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
