Job summary

JCW, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician for duty in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems, including fire alarms and emergency lighting, with out-of-hours cover provided.

You will be part of a team delivering high-quality services, prioritising tasks, and ensuring compliance with client SLAs, while developing client relationships and maintaining site records.

Qualifications

• Formal Electrical Qualification.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Experience with building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload to ensure timely completion of works.
• Undertake electrical works including testing and maintenance (PAPT, electrical installs, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting).
• Ensure works are efficient and aligned with SLAs, aiming for first-time fixes.
• Submit quotations or material requests for further remedial works.
• Update site logbooks to keep records compliant.
• Support team and client relations to deliver compliant service.
