Job summary

JCW, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting systems in Leeds/Huddersfield/Halifax area.

The role requires 40 hours per week, a formal electrical qualification, and an 18th edition wiring standard. You will work in a corporate settings environment with weekend/night overtime attractive rates.

Qualifications

• Formal Electrical Qualification
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
• Valid UK Driving Licence
• Experience with building management systems
• Desirable: Experience in corporate locations

Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload to meet time limits.
• Undertake electrical works including PAT testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works.
• Ensure works are efficient and first-time fix where possible.
• Submit quotations or materials requests for further remedial works.
• Update site logbooks after visits for compliance.
• Plus other duties as required.
