Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST) in Beccles/Lowestoft to perform planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. You will be the first line for maintenance issues, including catering equipment repairs, with training provided where needed.

The role requires completing PPMs, paperwork, and working within Health and Safety guidelines. 40-hour week, permanent contract, and a salary of £41,325 with standby/competency payments are

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical Installation / Maintenance (essential).
• City and Guilds 18th Edition (essential).
• AM2 / 2391 (essential).

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet agreed timescales and response times.
• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Respond promptly to service call requests and assess and carry out repairs as required.
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise on suitable replacement.
• Advise onsite manager of issues that may affect site operations.
