Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST) to join our team supporting a major UK supermarket client. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across multiple site locations, acting as the first line for electrical issues.

You will carry out technical repairs and PPMs, complete compliance paperwork, and work safely under Health and Safety regulations. Training will be provided for catering equipment maintenance and related tasks.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical Installation / Maintenance (essential)
• City and Guilds 18th Edition (essential)
• AM2 / 2391 (essential)

Responsibilities

• Prioritise maintenance and repair work to meet agreed timescales and response times; complete all necessary PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules.
• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales; ensure paperwork is completed accurately.
• Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls; assess requirements and carry out repairs as needed.
