Position Details

• Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician (AST)
• Locations: Winchester, Reading, Basingstoke, Hazlemere
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
• Salary: £38,377 Total Salary (including Standby Payment, Overtime, Travel Time)

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to work with a major UK supermarket client. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical plant, and equipment, performing reactive and planned maintenance, and conducting regular store visits.

Key Responsibilities

1. Complete PPM schedules and ensure paperwork accuracy.
2. Perform repairs and maintenance on-site, including non-electrical tasks.
3. Maintain fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.
4. Identify faults and advise management on replacements.

Qualifications / Experience

Essential:

• NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391.

Preferred:

• Full driving license.
• Experience with PDA systems.
• Ability to repair various electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in retail environments with PPM and reactive maintenance.
