Job summary

Nova Artes Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled engineer to perform planned preventive maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works on building systems. You will diagnose, test and repair electrical and mechanical components to ensure reliability and uptime.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent with 18th edition, and experience in mechanical/plant rooms or commercial environments, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent with 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Experience in mechanical/plant room or commercial environments.
• Strong teamwork, customer care and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance, compliance tasks and reactive works
• Knowledge of heating systems, control panels, CCTV, fire alarm systems, UPS
• Service, test, diagnose and repair systems related to the building systems
• Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks
• Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair

• Carry out electrical and mechanical and system checks
• Use provided test and monitoring equipment to maintain engineering systems to aid fault and repair

• Excellent team working, customer care and problem solving capabilities
• Clean Uk Driving License
