TECREC (ENGINEERING RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS) LTD in Hertfordshire is seeking a Mobile M&E Building Services Engineer to maintain a mixed commercial portfolio across Hertfordshire only. This is a local role with no London travel and requires a strong mechanical or electrical building services background.

You will carry out PPMs, respond to faults, service electrical and mechanical equipment, diagnose HVAC issues, and ensure safe operation while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Strong building services knowledge.
• UK Drivers License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings.
• Respond to reactive M&E faults and complete repairs efficiently.
• Service and maintain electrical and mechanical building services equipment.
• Diagnose faults on HVAC, heating, ventilation, and associated plant.
• Complete job reports and ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service while covering a mobile Hertfordshire portfolio.
• Record Keeping / Logbooks

Our client, a leading Facilities Management provider, is seeking a Mobile M&E Engineer to maintain a mixed commercial portfolio across Hertfordshire only. This is a local role with no London travel, ideal for engineers with a strong mechanical or electrical building services background.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial buildings.

Requirements
