Job summary

Clancy Plant is seeking a Mobile Light Goods Vehicle Mechanic to service, inspect and maintain the LGV fleet across Kent. This mobile role reports to the Workshop Manager and helps keep field operations moving.

You should have several years' experience, an NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance, and a full clean driving licence; MOT qualification is a plus. You must be comfortable logging records with technology.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in a similar role.
• NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance (or equivalent).
• Full clean valid driving licence. MOT qualification considered a plus.
• Comfortable using technology to log and update records.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining LGV vehicles.
• Carrying out necessary repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring all accompanying paperwork is completed accurately.
• Assisting other team members to meet planned works and maintenance schedules.

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Light Goods Vehicle Mechanic to join our team supporting operations across Kent. This is a mobile role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles at locations throughout the region. Reporting to the Workshop Manager you will play an important role in enabling our workforce to carry out their activities, ensuring our fleet of LGV vehicles are serviced, inspected & maintained to the highest possible standards. Our mechanics are integral to helping us achieve our vision of building a World where all infrastructure is sustainably built and maintained.

• Assisting other members of the Clancy Plant team to ensure planned works & maintenance schedules are achieved
