Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is expanding its team in the UK, seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to diagnose, service and repair a range of commercial vehicles. You will work across a national operation with flexible shift patterns and training opportunities.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3, a full UK driving licence and strong diagnostic skills, with safety and customer service at the forefront. A company vehicle and equipment are provided, with ongoing career progression.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles, LCVs or similar fleet vehicles.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Proactive approach with a strong focus on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass security check involving financial probity and basic criminality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required.
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business.
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability.
