Job summary

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is hiring experienced Mobile Vehicle Technicians to support a nationwide fleet across the UK. You will diagnose, service and repair a range of commercial vehicles, delivering high-quality workmanship with safety and compliance at the core.

The role offers varied shifts, career progression, and a £1500 joining bonus, plus overtime opportunities and company-provided vehicle, tools and equipment. Passing security checks is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
• Experience maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles (LCVs or fleets).
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Proactive approach focused on safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial vehicles.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure vehicles meet all legal, compliance and safety requirements.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections where required.
• Attend customer sites and complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Accurately complete repair documentation and job records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business.
• Support operational teams to maximise vehicle availability.
