Mitie is seeking a Lead Engineer to oversee maintenance across Bristol and mobile sites such as Oxford and Southampton. The role involves leading a team of engineers, performing planned and reactive maintenance, and ensuring safety and KPI targets are met on site.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate with site teams, and drive adherence to safety policies while supporting travel to multiple client sites.

Formación

• Experience in people management, supervisory or team leader skills.
• Experience within electrical repair work and be able to carry out all aspects of maintenance.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilidades

• Traveling to our sites to perform maintenance and reactive works.
• Ensure all equipment and services are kept and functioned safely according to Health & Safety.
• Ensure your engineers are aware of safety procedures on site.
• Be responsible for a team of engineers including day engineers & shift engineers.
• Perform ad hoc duties on site; fabric works etc. that are needed.
• Ensuring KPIs and SLA's are met are a key part of this role.
