Enterprise Mobility in Lincoln is seeking a skilled LCV Technician / Mechanic to service and repair a diverse fleet. You will diagnose faults, perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic work, and prepare vehicles for MOT with a strong focus on quality and safety.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime, a joining bonus, and a clear path to Master Technician level through our 5-stage training programme.
Competenze
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills and experience using vehicle diagnostic equipment
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Aged 21 and above for insurance purposes
- Full right to work in the UK
Mansioni
- Diagnosing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of commercial vehicles
- Carrying out mechanical, electrical and electronic fault finding
- Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently
- Working with leading manufacturers including Mercedes, Iveco and Ford
- Taking ownership of repairs from diagnosis through to successful completion
- Preparing vehicles for MOT and ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards
- Maintaining accurate records using digital systems and tools
- Collaborating with a skilled and friendly team to maximise vehicle availability
- Adapting to changing priorities and supporting the team across a variety of vehicle types and repair requirements

- Strong IT skills and confidence using workshop systems
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with experience working with HGVs, LCVs or commercial vehicle fleets
