Job summary

Hydraquip is the UK’s largest independent Hose & Hydraulics company. We are seeking a field-based hydraulic hose technician to attend customer sites, replace hoses and components, diagnose faults, and complete repairs safely and efficiently.

You will work independently with a strong focus on customer service, updating jobs via our mobile app and building lasting relationships with customers. A full UK manual driving licence and confident communication with customers are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.
• Desirable: mobile or on-call engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
