Job summary

Hydraquip Ltd, the UK’s leading independent Hose & Hydraulics specialist, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customer sites and replace hydraulic hoses and components.

You will diagnose faults, complete repairs safely and efficiently, and build strong relationships with customers while delivering excellent service on every call.

A full UK driving licence is essential, you’ll work independently, and participate in an on-call rota to support customers outside normal hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Confidence dealing directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components.
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
• Working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app.
• Building relationships with new and existing customers.
