Tesco (Tesco) is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to cover Oxford, Abingdon and Banbury areas. You will perform preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on HVAC/R systems, diagnose faults, and optimise performance to keep stores safe and comfortable for customers and colleagues.

This hands-on, mobile role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving, and a commitment to high standards. We offer ongoing training, career development, and association with a leading retail brand.

Qualificações

• Full driving license is required.
• Health & Safety awareness is essential.
• Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent Mechanical Engineering or related qualification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.
• Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, maximising productivity.
• Delivering high quality work standards across the estate, with year-on-year improvement.
• Using problem-solving skills to identify and develop solutions for key issues.
• Own tasks at a local level through to completion/resolution, informing stakeholders as required.
• Using mobile devices to drive best practice in work completion and updates.
• Use business systems to drive best practice in work order reporting for asset lifecycle management.
• Supporting KPI delivery through practical application of skill sets and usage of systems.
