Tesco Stores Limited Teeside and Middlesbrough area is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep stores comfortable, safe and operational. You’ll diagnose faults, perform repairs, and optimise performance across heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Join a skilled team delivering planned and reactive maintenance, with a focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement. A full driving licence and strong customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• You will be responsible for maintaining HVAC systems across Tesco sites.
• Skills in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs to optimise performance.
• Ability to follow safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure Tesco sites are safe and functioning for customers and colleagues.
• Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix and maximise productivity.
• Deliver high-quality work across the estate with year-on-year improvement.
• Use problem-solving skills and innovation to identify solutions for common issues.
• Own tasks locally through to completion and inform stakeholders as required.
• Use mobile devices to drive best practice in work completion and updates.
• Use business systems for work order reporting to support asset lifecycle management.
• Support KPI delivery through effective use of skills and systems.
