Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our South West team (Plymouth, Exeter, Bridgwater). The role covers servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of HVAC systems, with a focus on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

You will diagnose faults, perform PPM, and implement improvements while ensuring customer equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will work both independently and as part of a wider service group, with opportunities for

Qualifications

NVQ Level 2 in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Level 3 desirable) or equivalent qualification.
Broad HVAC service experience across air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and chiller systems is essential.
Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of HVAC systems across the South West, including air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Diagnose faults, carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), complete repairs, and recommend system improvements.
Work independently or as part of a service team to ensure customer equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.
