Daniel Owen Ltd. is recruiting a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support a blue-chip retail client across five stores in the Birmingham area. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, with a client-facing focus and independence across multiple sites.

Salary ranges from £38,000 to £45,000 DOE. Company van, fuel card, phone and laptop are provided. Core hours are 8:00am–4:00pm with flexibility; no call-out rota but overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' relevant HVAC experience.
• Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
• Retail experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across HVAC systems.
• Work across five sites in the Birmingham area.
• Maintain client-facing professionalism and communication.
