Are you ready to take your expertise to the next level? A leading company in the facilities management sector is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer in Greater Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on diverse mechanical systems while making a significant impact in a growing team.

The Role

As the Mobile HVAC Engineer, you ll:

– Cover a large commercial property, providing proactive and reactive maintenance.
– Work a Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 5pm, with 30 minutes travel time.
– Service, maintain, and repair mechanical building equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, and generators.
– Undertake general maintenance duties as required, such as emergency light testing and lamp changes.

You

To be successful in the role of Mobile HVAC Engineer, you ll bring:

– Mechanical qualifications, Level 2 Mechanical NVQ/C&G s.
– Experience in a facilities maintenance or building service role.
– Strong communication skills for daily client interaction.
– A proactive attitude with flexibility to support team members.
– A Full Manual UK Driving License with less than 6 points.
