Job summary

Encore is seeking a Mobile Grounds & Property Care Operative to join our Cambridge team. This mobile role covers multiple prestigious sites in the area and offers you the chance to contribute to the local community while taking pride in your work.

You will perform lawn care, weed control, seasonal pruning, cleanliness, and light maintenance, with training provided for emergency lighting tests. A full UK manual driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and grass cutting.
• Regular weed control incl. weed-killing treatments.
• Seasonal pruning, deadheading, and beds maintenance.
• General caretaking: cleaning and light maintenance.
• Litter picking and leaf removal.
• Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (training provided).
• Planned maintenance: light switch checks, lamp replacements.
