Encoreestates in Cambridge is seeking a Mobile Cleaning & Gardening Operative to maintain high standards across multiple sites. This hands-on role covers a mobile schedule in the Cambridge area, with 40 hours per week from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

The position offers a competitive annual salary of £28,000, full UK driving license is essential, and you will contribute to community-focused site maintenance, lawn care, cleaning, and light upkeep.

Qualifications

• Experience in caretaking, cleaning, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Self-motivated with pride in delivering excellent results.
• Enjoys outdoor work and staying active.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and grass cutting
• Weeding and weed-killing treatments
• Seasonal pruning and bed maintenance
• Cleaning and light maintenance
• Litter picking and leaf removal
• Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (training provided)
• Planned maintenance: light switches, lamp replacements
