Encore in Cambridge is seeking a hands-on Mobile Cleaning & Gardening Operative to join our established team. This mobile role covers multiple sites, offering a genuine opportunity to make a positive impact in the local community while taking pride in your work.

The position is full-time (40 hours weekly) with a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM shift. A full UK driving licence is essential, and duties include lawn care, weed control, pruning, light maintenance, cleaning, litter removal, and basic system

Qualifications

• Caretaking, cleaning or similar background is advantageous.
• Must be self-motivated and pride yourself on delivering results.
• Full UK driving license is essential for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lawn care and grass cutting
• Regular weed control including weed-killing treatments
• Seasonal pruning and maintenance of plant beds
• General caretaking tasks such as cleaning and light maintenance
• Litter picking and leaf removal
• Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (training provided)
• Planned maintenance activities (e.g., light switch checks, lamp replacements)
