Job summary

Detail2 Limited is seeking a Mobile Generator Service Engineer to travel across the South East, maintaining and repairing generators from 20kVA to 1250kVA. You will capture service data, communicate with managers and customers, and uphold safety and quality standards on site.

The role offers a base salary up to £45,000, an OTE around £55,000, a company van for business and personal use, and a benefits package including pension, healthcare, and holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Servicing generators from 20kVA to 1250kVA with fault finding and repairs.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.
• Experience with solder techniques and equipment.
• Knowledge of system design and mechanical integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, teamwork and customer focus.
• Valid driving licence with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on generators across the South East.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs as required.
• Capture and maintain accurate service records.
• Communicate effectively with line manager and customers.
• Travel to various sites and work as part of a team.
