Path Recruitment is recruiting a Mobile Generator Engineer to cover London with a £40,000 - £45,000 package, overtime and progression opportunities. You will service and repair diesel-powered standby power equipment across London, focusing on planned maintenance and fault diagnosis.

The ideal candidate will hold a mechanical or electrical engineering qualification, be comfortable in a customer-facing role, hold a full UK driving licence, and travel across London as required.

About the Role:

As a Mobile Generator Engineer, you'll travel across London carrying out planned maintenance, inspections, fault diagnosis and repairs on standby power equipment.

You'll work independently, ensuring customers receive a professional and reliable service while maintaining high engineering standards.

No two days are the same, with a varied workload that includes preventative maintenance, reactive breakdowns and supporting wider engineering projects when required.

About You:

The ideal Mobile Generator Engineer will have previous experience working on diesel-powered equipment or standby power systems, together with a recognised Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification. You'll enjoy working in a customer-facing environment, be confident solving technical problems and be happy travelling throughout London. A full UK driving licence is essential.
