Job summary

Andy File Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Gas Engineer to join their mobile team covering Luton, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The role focuses on planned and reactive gas maintenance across commercial and domestic sites, delivering high safety standards.

You will work independently, perform PPM, fault finding, installations, and participate in call-out rota. A valid ACS Commercial Gas qualifications and current Gas Safe registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential ACS Commercial Gas qualifications and core appliance competencies.
• CCN1 – Core Gas Safety and CENWAT1 – Boilers are required.
• HTR1 – Gas Fires and CO C N1 – Core Commercial Gas or COCDN1 – Changeover are expected.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Completing reactive repairs, fault finding and installation works.
• Working on a range of gas and heating systems across commercial and domestic sites.
• Carrying out gas safety checks, testing and certification.
