Job summary

Morson Group in the North-West of England is seeking a qualified Gas Service Engineer to service, maintain and repair commercial catering gas equipment across multiple sites. You will fault-find, diagnose faults, carry out breakdown repairs and ensure all work complies with gas safety standards and regulations.

You’ll be provided with a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, uniform and PPE, plus ongoing training and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Commercial ACS Gas Qualifications.
• Commercial Catering Gas Qualifications.
• Experience with unvented hot water systems.
• IPAF & PASMA certified.
• Proven experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Experience working with unvented hot water.
• Experience working on commercial catering equipment (desirable).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

Mobile Gas Engineer – North-West Sites – Commercial Catering – Up to £45,000 salary

Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Service Engineer to join a dynamic team based in the North-West of England. This role primarily involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial catering gas equipment.

Working hours are typically 8am to 5pm, with door-to-door travel time compensated and overtime paid at time and a half after 30 minutes travel each way. The successful candidate will be responsible for fault-finding, breakdown repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, uniform, and PPE. Ongoing training and development opportunities are included, alongside a pension scheme.
