Job summary

LiveWest is seeking a Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic heating systems across the Bristol/Bath patch. You will diagnose faults, carry out servicing, and install work while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

A mobile role requiring strong customer focus, driving licence, and IT aptitude. The role involves on-call duties and commitment to Health and Safety in customers' homes, with opportunities for professional development and structured training within a supportive

Qualifications

• Essential gas industry experience with domestic heating knowledge.
• Gas boiler servicing, fault diagnosis, and installation work are preferred.
• Proven customer-focused approach with safety compliance and mobile IT aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis and repair of domestic heating systems, incl. fault-finding, installation, and servicing.
• Maintain high workmanship standards in line with regulations and safety requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and positive interactions in customers’ homes.
• Perform periodic testing and installation work in line with best practices.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota and attend trainings as required.
