Job Description

Location: This is a field-based, mobile position covering the Aberdeenshire and North-East Scotland region.

Main Postcodes: AB, DD, PH.

Client Sector: High street retail and banking clients for the TS-Mobile division.

Salary: Between £30,744 and up to £52,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair tasks, including fabric and electrical work, under contract.
• Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks to legislative standards.
• Ensure all paperwork and reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Complete statutory and mandatory tasks within deadlines, including certification and remedial works.
• Perform reactive and emergency tasks using handheld technology.
• Participate in call-out rota for out-of-hours support.
• Assist team members and source additional opportunities or works on-site.
• Monitor subcontractors' work quality and health & safety compliance, issue permits, and control small works and escort duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level II/III or equivalent in relevant disciplines.
• Experience in maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on equipment such as boilers, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices.
• Valid driving license.
