Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a qualified Mobile Gas Engineer to join our reactive maintenance team in the North. You will deliver high-quality gas maintenance, repair and installation services across various client sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Essential qualifications include Gas Safe registration with CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1 and TPCP1A, along with strong diagnostic and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe registered with relevant commercial qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A) required.
• Proven ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to plan and manage own workload in a reactive maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reactive maintenance requests for gas heating systems, boilers, and appliances across multiple client sites.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on gas equipment per manufacturer specs and safety regs.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimize client downtime.
• Install, commission, and service gas heating systems and appliances.
• Conduct gas safety checks and maintain accurate service records.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools and equipment; participate in on-call rota.
