Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Mobile Gas Engineer for the North West England region. You will perform reactive maintenance, diagnose and repair gas systems, and complete installations as required, with responsibilities including routine PPM tasks and strict documentation for all systems.

You will work with compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance, manage daily tasks on a handheld device, and demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills in a team or solo setting.

Qualifications

• COCN1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, CDGA1, CIGA1 certifications required or highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Experience on large commercial boilers is beneficial.
• Experience on commercial catering gas is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Organised, disciplined, and detail oriented.
• Computer literacy including Word and Excel.
