Castelan, a growing UK-based furniture repair specialist, is seeking a skilled Furniture Technician to visit customers' homes across designated regions. You will repair upholstery, leather and wooden furniture, diagnose faults, and prepare accurate reports, delivering a professional and friendly service.

This role offers training, a pension scheme, 23 days leave plus bank holidays, and the chance to develop your craft while working with leading retailers and insurers nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture and related items
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out professional repairs to a consistently high standard
• Completing accurate reports and submitting information promptly
• Working towards first-visit resolution and quality targets
• Promoting furniture care products where appropriate
• Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard
• Sharing feedback and suggestions that help drive continuous improvement
