Castelan Group is seeking a Furniture Technician to join our expanding team and deliver expert furniture repairs and restoration in customers' homes across the UK. You will perform upholstery, leather and wooden furniture repairs with professionalism and care, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You'll travel to diverse locations, assess faults, produce accurate reports, and work toward first-visit resolutions while maintaining tools and equipment to a professional standard.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture and related items
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out professional repairs to a consistently high standard
• Completing accurate reports and submitting information promptly
• Working towards first-visit resolution and quality targets
• Promoting furniture care products where appropriate
• Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard
• Sharing feedback and suggestions that help drive continuous improvement
