Qualifications

• Experience repairing upholstery, leather and wooden furniture.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform professional repairs.

Responsibilities

• Visiting customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture and related items.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out professional repairs to a consistently high standard.
• Completing accurate reports and submitting information promptly.
• Working towards first-visit resolution and quality targets.
• Promoting furniture care products where appropriate.
• Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard.
• Sharing feedback and suggestions that help drive continuous improvement.
