LAH Property Marketing Ltd is seeking a Front of House Reception – Mobile Cover Representative to join our team on a zero-hours basis. The role covers temporary reception across Bristol (and Cardiff), delivering a professional, flexible presence to greet visitors and manage deliveries.

You will provide seamless on-site cover when permanent team members are absent, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and tenants, handling post, couriers, and basic administration, and contributing to site

Qualifications

• Front of House experience preferred.
• Calm under pressure and reception skills.
• Ability to greet visitors professionally.

Responsabilités

• Provide seamless temporary reception cover and manage the reception area.
• Greet visitors and tenants in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle couriers, post and deliveries; perform basic admin tasks.
• Submit weekly site activity reports as required.
• Maintain a presentable reception and collaborate with facilities teams.
