Job summary

Thrive SW is seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to cover Oxford and surrounding areas. The role focuses on mobile service, maintenance and fault-finding of Fire & Security systems across commercial and residential sites.

You will service CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Emergency Lighting, with opportunities for small works and commissioning as needed. A full UK driving licence is required, along with reliability and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Previous Fire & Security service and maintenance experience
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Experience with CCTV, Intruder, Access Control and Fire systems
Good communication and customer service skills
Understanding of relevant Health & Safety requirements
Full UK driving licence
Desirable: CSCS card and relevant manufacturer/product training.

Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and fault-finding of Fire & Security systems
Working on CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, Door Entry and Emergency Lighting
Carrying out repairs, reactive call-outs and planned maintenance
Supporting with small works, installations and commissioning
Completing service reports and job documentation
Providing excellent customer service
Participating in an on-call rota
