Job summary

Luton Bennett is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician in Wirral to service and repair forklifts and related machinery on a field service basis. You will work from a home base, with occasional travel to customer sites and the depots, ensuring timely maintenance and breakdown response.

The role offers training, a fully expensed Ford Transit Custom van, pension contributions, generous holiday allowance, and overtime opportunities in a multinational forklift manufacturer environment.

Qualifications

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery as a field service engineer.
• Training will be provided to become fully competent on all machinery.
• Spare parts are placed in the van overnight for jobs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on forklifts and materials handling machinery.
• Serve as a mobile technician from home base, covering local area.
• Document work and complete service reports.
