Job summary

Luton Bennett is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician for the Edinburgh & Galashiels territory. You will perform PPM and breakdown on forklifts and other materials handling equipment as part of a field service team, based from home with a company van. Training will be provided to ensure full competence on all equipment, with no long stays away.

Overtime is available if desired during weekdays. Ideal candidates will have worked on cars, plant, forklifts, HGV, or similar equipment and hold a

• Experience with cars, plants, forklifts, HGV or similar equipment.
• Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject preferred.
• Willingness to work a mobile/field service role from a home base.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service basis.
• Complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery.
• Spare parts placed in van overnight.
