Job summary

Luton Bennett is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician for a leading international forklift manufacturer, covering Dumfries and surrounding areas. This is a field-based role with travel from a home base, carrying out PPM and breakdown on materials handling equipment.

You will work from home base, with overtime options and a company van provided, plus pension and training package. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV or similar equipment preferred.
• Ideally hold level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
• Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
• Spares placed in van overnight
