Luton Bennett is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair forklift trucks across Sunderland & Durham Territory. The role offers a permanent contract, a starting salary of £33k-£35k and a fully expensed van.

You will carry out Preventative Maintenance and breakdowns, receive full training, and enjoy benefits such as door-to-door travel, overtime, a bonus, pension, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate mechanical service and repair skills.
• Ideally have engine diagnostics experience.
• Some basic electrical skills are desirable.
• IT literate and able to use diagnostic tools.

Responsabilités

• Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs on materials handling machinery on a field service basis.
• Provide reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated area (Sunderland & Durham).
• Complete comprehensive training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment.
• Spares are kept in the van for overnight use.
