Job summary

Luton Bennett is recruiting a Mobile Vehicle Technician to service and repair forklifts, HGVs and related equipment from a home base across Exeter, Taunton, Bridgewater, Wellington and Highbridge areas.

You will perform PPMs and breakdowns on materials handling machinery, receive full training to operate all equipment, and have spares stocked in your van. This is a mobile, field-based role with overtime options.

Qualifications

• Experience with plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment.
• Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Willing to work mobile from home and cover areas within reasonable travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service basis.
• Complete training to be fully competent on all machinery.
• Spares placed in van overnight.
