The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, requiring strong communication, organisational abilities and a collaborative approach to support pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams across educational estates.
• Strong technical knowledge of facilities maintenance and building services.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and building compliance requirements.
